Saydian is operated by Hong Kong Saydian Technology Limited. Orders delivered to the United States or Germany are prioritized for fulfillment from Amazon fulfillment centers in the destination country, subject to local stock availability. When local stock is unavailable, we use international shipping. See our Shipping Policy for estimated delivery times.

1. Return & Refund Eligibility
Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and undamaged, with all accessories and original packaging.
Wearables must be free of scratches, disassembly, or water damage.

2. Defective Items
Please provide photos or videos showing the product defect.
We cover round-trip shipping; a replacement or full refund is available for confirmed defects.
Free replacement is available for shipping damage reported within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Non-Defective Returns
The buyer covers return shipping costs.
A refund is issued when returned items are confirmed to be resellable.
The original shipping fee is deducted for orders that received free shipping.

4. Return Process
Contact support to obtain an RMA number and the assigned return address before returning an item. Do not send a return to an Amazon fulfillment center or our operation address unless support specifically instructs you to do so.
Return items with the RMA number clearly marked.
We will inspect the returned item and notify you of the outcome.

5. Non-Returnable Items
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Items damaged by misuse, disassembly, or water.
Used or incomplete items, or items with damaged packaging.
Custom or pre-order items, unless stated otherwise.

6. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds to your account.
