Products and wellness features
1. Are SAYDIAN wearables medical devices?
Intended use and regulatory status vary by model and market. Check the exact product page and the instructions supplied with your device. General wellness features help you follow daily trends; they do not replace professional medical assessment or emergency care.
2. Which models support an air-pump wrist check?
U19S and W9 use an inflatable wrist cuff. E8 and R7 do not use an air-pump cuff. Follow the fitting and measurement instructions for your exact model.
3. Which models support an ECG snapshot?
W9 and E8 list ECG features on their product pages. Check your model’s instructions for how to record and review a snapshot. R7 does not support ECG.
4. Can a wearable replace an upper-arm monitor?
No. For medical decisions, use a clinically validated device recommended by a healthcare professional.
5. Why do repeat readings differ?
Fit, posture, wrist height, movement, timing, recent activity, caffeine, stress, and individual differences can affect a result.
Fit and daily use
6. How should I position an air-pump watch?
Use bare skin, support your arm, keep the wrist near heart level, sit quietly, and remain still.
7. How tight should a watch be?
Secure enough for stable sensor contact without discomfort or restricted circulation.
8. How should the R7 ring fit?
It should stay in place during normal movement without pinching. Finger size can change with temperature and time of day.
9. Can I wear it overnight?
Yes, if the fit is comfortable and the product instructions permit it. Remove it if you notice irritation or discomfort.
10. Is the device waterproof?
Check the exact rating on the current product page and guide. Water resistance is not the same as suitability for every water activity.
App, charging, and data
11. Why will the device not pair?
Charge it, enable Bluetooth, grant the required app permissions, keep the phone close, and pair through the recommended app rather than phone settings.
12. Why is data missing?
Check fit, battery, app permissions, Bluetooth, and sync status. Gaps can occur when the device is removed or charging.
13. How often should I charge it?
Charging time varies by model and use. Build a routine that avoids gaps during the periods you want to track.
14. Can I share data with a clinician?
You may bring screenshots or exported records if the app supports them, together with dates, context, and symptoms. Let the clinician interpret them.
15. How is my account data handled?
Review the privacy policy and the permissions requested by the companion app before use.
Orders and support
16. Where can I see shipping information?
U.S. and German orders are prioritized for delivery from Amazon fulfillment centers in the destination country when the selected model and variant are in stock. Estimated local delivery from payment confirmation is 3–5 business days in the contiguous U.S. and 2–5 business days within Germany. If local stock is unavailable, we use international shipping with a longer delivery time. See the Shipping Policy for processing times, international estimates and shipping costs.
17. How do returns work?
Our return policy allows eligible requests within 30 days of delivery. Review the Refund Policy for item condition, shipping costs and refund terms. Contact support with your order number for return authorization and the assigned return address before sending an item back.
18. How do I contact SAYDIAN?
Use the Contact page and include your model, order number when relevant, phone type, and a clear description of the issue.
19. What should I do if a reading worries me?
Do not rely on the wearable alone. If you have symptoms or urgent concern, seek appropriate medical help.
20. Where should I start?
Visit the Health Center, choose one topic, and build one repeatable routine before adding more metrics.
