Help for your exact model
Start with the model name on your product or order confirmation. App, pairing, charging and measurement instructions can differ between SAYDIAN watches and rings.
Setup and syncing
- Charge the device using the supplied charger and the instructions included with your model.
- Install the app named in your model guide. Watch and ring apps are not interchangeable.
- Enable the phone permissions requested by that app for pairing, keep the device nearby, and follow the pairing steps in the guide.
- If pairing fails, contact support@saydian.com with the model name, phone model, operating system and a screenshot of the error. Do not send passwords or sensitive health records.
Fit and readings
Follow the exact model instructions for cuff or ring fit, posture and measurement operation. For an air-cuff wrist check, use bare skin, support the arm, keep the wrist near heart level and stay still as instructed. ECG checks and air-cuff checks require active operation; do not treat a watch as emergency monitoring.
Charging
Keep the device and charging contacts clean and dry. Align the supplied charger correctly and use the power source specified in the model guide.
Order, delivery and returns
Email support@saydian.com with your order number for delivery updates or a return request. Please contact us for the authorized return address before sending a package; an Amazon fulfillment warehouse is not automatically a return address.
